This Privacy Policy explains how Local Up Egypt ("Local Up", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the following categories of information:
| Account information | Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you create an account or sign in with Google. |

| Location | With your permission, we access your device's precise location to help you set delivery addresses and show nearby content on a map. |
| Camera, photos & microphone | With your permission, we access your camera, photo library, and microphone so you can set a profile photo and post photos or videos (including reels). |
| User-generated content | Posts, photos, videos, comments, direct messages, marketplace listings, and your list of friends/connections within the App. |
| Order & payment information | Order details (items, amounts, delivery address). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, PayMob — Local Up does not receive or store your full card number. |
| Push notification data | A device push token, used through our notification provider, OneSignal, to send you order, message, and friend-request notifications. |
| Diagnostic & usage data | Basic crash and performance diagnostics and app-usage analytics, collected through Firebase (Google), to help us fix bugs and improve the App. |
We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the third-party service providers above, to the extent needed for them to perform their service; with other users, to the extent you choose to post content, message, or otherwise interact publicly or with friends in the App; or when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Local Up, our users, or the public.
Local Up has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users can report content or block other users directly in the App. Reports are reviewed and, where appropriate, we remove content and take action against the responsible account.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Content you delete (such as a post) is removed from active use promptly; some records may be retained briefly for backup, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
You can review and update your account information at any time from your profile. You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the App:
Profile → Edit Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This removes your profile, posts, messages, addresses, and other account data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you'd prefer not to use the in-app option, you can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
Local Up is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including those provided by Firebase, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers (including Firebase and OneSignal) may process and store data on servers located outside Egypt. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be highlighted in the App where appropriate.

توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام لوكال أب مصر ("لوكال أب"، "نحن") بجمع واستخدام وحماية المعلومات عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا ("التطبيق"). بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة هنا.
نقوم بجمع الفئات التالية من المعلومات:

| المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم | المنشورات والصور والفيديوهات والتعليقات والرسائل المباشرة وعروض سوق المستعمل، وقائمة أصدقائك داخل التطبيق. |
| معلومات الطلب والدفع | تفاصيل الطلب (المنتجات، المبالغ، عنوان التوصيل). تتم معالجة المدفوعات بواسطة معالج الدفع الخارجي PayMob — لا يستقبل لوكال أب أو يخزّن رقم بطاقتك بالكامل. |
| بيانات الإشعارات | رمز إشعارات الجهاز (Push Token)، يُستخدم عبر مزوّد الإشعارات OneSignal لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات والرسائل وطلبات الصداقة. |
| بيانات التشخيص والاستخدام | بيانات أساسية عن الأعطال والأداء وتحليلات استخدام التطبيق، تُجمع عبر Firebase (جوجل) لمساعدتنا في إصلاح الأخطاء وتحسين التطبيق. |
نعتمد على خدمات الطرف الثالث التالية، ولكل منها سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها:
نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. نشارك المعلومات فقط: مع مزودي الخدمة من الطرف الثالث المذكورين أعلاه بالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدماتهم؛ مع مستخدمين آخرين بقدر ما تختار نشره أو مراسلته أو التفاعل به علنًا أو مع الأصدقاء داخل التطبيق؛ أو عند الالتزام بذلك قانونًا أو لحماية حقوق وسلامة وأمن لوكال أب أو مستخدمينا أو الجمهور.
لا يتسامح لوكال أب إطلاقًا مع المحتوى غير اللائق أو السلوك المسيء. يمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن المحتوى أو حظر مستخدمين آخرين مباشرة داخل التطبيق. تتم مراجعة البلاغات، وعند الاقتضاء نقوم بإزالة المحتوى واتخاذ إجراء بحق الحساب المسؤول.
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا، أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم ميزات التطبيق، والامتثال لالتزاماتنا القانونية، وتسوية النزاعات، وتطبيق اتفاقياتنا. يتم إزالة المحتوى الذي تحذفه (مثل منشور) من الاستخدام النشط على الفور؛ وقد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات لفترة وجيزة لأغراض النسخ الاحتياطي أو منع الاحتيال أو الأغراض القانونية.
يمكنك مراجعة وتحديث معلومات حسابك في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي. يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به بشكل نهائي مباشرة من داخل التطبيق:
الملف الشخصي ← تعديل الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، ثم التأكيد. يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي ومنشوراتك ورسائلك وعناوينك وبيانات حسابك الأخرى. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
إذا كنت تفضل عدم استخدام خيار الحذف داخل التطبيق، يمكنك أيضًا طلب الحذف عبر مراسلتنا على البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.
لوكال أب غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نقوم عن علم بجمع معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون هذا السن. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قد زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، يرجى التواصل معنا لإزالتها.
نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية متوافقة مع معايير الصناعة، بما في ذلك تلك التي توفرها Firebase، لحماية معلوماتك. لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.
قد يقوم مزودو الخدمة لدينا (بما في ذلك Firebase وOneSignal) بمعالجة وتخزين البيانات على خوادم موجودة خارج مصر. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذا النقل والتخزين والمعالجة.
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه عند القيام بذلك، وسيتم إبراز أي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق عند الاقتضاء.
